    Manresa Pigeon Fanciers Club (MPFC) headed by Mr. Nimrod Daz

3. Updates on the 1st Philippine Federation Sea Race 2010
    As discussed:

1. Sea Race Ring Bands

- Release of rings: August 1, 2009

- Price per ring: P1,000
- Distribution: Per Club, every club must commit minimum 150
pcs( Letter of confirmation to be sent on Monday)
- Total rings to be distributed – 5,000 pcs
- It was suggested that every ring must have identification card
included

2. Shipping

Cargo ship quotation:

- 1st Release – 50 kilometers – Amount: P15K
- 2nd Release –100 kilometers – Amount: P30K
- 3rd Release – 200 kilometers – Amount: P80K
- 4th Release – 250 kilometers - Amount: P150K
- 5th Release – 300 kilomenters – Amount: P210K

3. Trucking

- Federation will assign designated trucks and pick up points
- Bonding Committee will also be assigned

4. Suggested race computation

- Speed Sum
- Weight average
- Cut-off per area
- Super Set

5. Clocking System to be use: Xdev Mobile Pigeon Clocking System

February 7, 2009 meeting, held at Max's Restaurant, QCMC, Quezon City, attended by 18 clubs and sponsored by VETMATE Farma Corp.
