April 18, 2010 - 1st release point, 050 km
April 25, 2010 - 2nd release point, 100km
May 2, 2010 - 3rd release point, 150km
May 9, 2010 - 4th release point, 200km
May 16, 2010 - 5th release point, 250km
1.2 sets of ring bands were already distributed to club presidents
1.3 cargo vessel can accommodate 2 units of trucks with 5,000 birds total capacity
1.4 sea race posters will be distributed to all club presidents
1.5 race rules were assigned to race committee
1.6 satellite bonding were suggested instead of centralized bonding

- Release of rings: August 1, 2009
- Price per ring: P1,000; 2,000 per set (3pcs ring band), spare of 1.
- Distribution: Per Club, every club must commit minimum 150
pcs( Letter of confirmation to be sent on Monday)
- Total rings to be distributed – 5,000 pcs
- It was suggested that every ring must have identification card
included

February 7, 2009 meeting, held at Max's Restaurant, QCMC, Quezon City, attended by 18 clubs and sponsored by VETMATE Farma Corp.

Initial meeting dated January 24, 2009, held at Harbor View Bistro, San Miguel by the Bay, attended by 15 clubs from different places of Luzon as far as Nueva Ecija in the north and Cavite in the south.
